Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Project Coordinator to oversee various engineering projects. You will be responsible for managing timelines, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning and execution of manufacturing projects, ensuring quality control and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between production teams and management to ensure alignment.
  • Update project plans and schedules based on project progress and changes in scope.
  • Conduct post-project evaluation to ensure lessons learned are documented.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
  • Oversee the implementation of health and safety regulations within the project scope.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on project updates and outcomes.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimise production processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Mechanical Engineering
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant project coordinator experience in manufacturing
