• Operate and maintain the reel and rewinder machines to meet production targets.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Perform troubleshooting on machinery and resolve issues.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss productivity and quality improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No specific education required, but previous experience in manufacturing is advantageous

Experience

• Experience operating reel and rewinder machines is a plus.
