Job Description

As a Rope Laying Machine Operator, you will be at the forefront of our production team, responsible for operating and maintaining advanced machinery used in the manufacturing of ropes. This position requires a skilled individual with a strong background in machinery operation and an understanding of rope production processes. You will ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery during the production process.
• Ensure that production meets quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any machinery or production issues.
• Conduct regular machine checks and maintain operational logs.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding production status.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing or technical skills is preferred.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing context.
