Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machinist who will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to fabricate precision components for our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machining practices and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines for optimal performance.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and adjust machinery as needed.
• Assist in training new machinists on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Document machining processes and modifications to maintain accurate records.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering

Experience

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience in machine repair and maintenance

Technical Skills

• Hydraulic Systems Knowledge
• Quality Control Techniques

Soft Skills

• Problem Solving
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• NVQ in Mechanical Engineering

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CAD software: Experience using CAD tools for design and modifications.
