Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Standards Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations across the organization. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to quality and excellence in our products.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of technical documents to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Participate in joint audits with partners and vendors.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to address compliance-related issues.
  • Identify areas for improvement in processes related to compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on compliance matters to various departments.
  • Support the Quality Manager in developing training materials for compliance training.
  • Collaborate with R&D to incorporate compliance considerations into new product development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Industry certifications in relevant standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, AS9100) are preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action: Capable of identifying and resolving underlying compliance issues.
