Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will lead a team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings and ensure clear delegation of responsibilities.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party contractors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout project execution.
  • Champions the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or a related field
  • Certification in Scrum or Agile methodologies preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
