Job Description

As a Building Wrecker, you will play a vital role in safely demolishing and dismantling buildings. Working collaboratively with a skilled team, you will ensure sites are cleared efficiently for new construction. Ideal candidates should possess strong hands-on skills and experience in demolition.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement welfare programs tailored to meet the unique needs of the local community.
  • Coordinate social services including healthcare, education, and employment support.
  • Develop partnerships with local organisations to promote community engagement.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budget adherence and resource allocation for social service initiatives.
  • Lead a team of social workers and volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance support and resources for community members.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to address any potential challenges.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Public Health preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading social service initiatives
