Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement initiatives and promote a positive image of the organisation.
• Develop partnerships with local schools, non-profits, and businesses to enhance outreach.
• Provide training and support to volunteers involved in community events.
• Utilise social media platforms to promote outreach activities.
• Collect and analyse data on community involvement and impact.
• Collaborate with other departments to align outreach activities with organisational goals.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Community Development or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community engagement or outreach

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual skills: Ability to speak additional languages is a plus.
