Job Description

As a Die Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining dies used in the production of metal parts. This includes ensuring that the dies are in excellent condition and readily available for the production team at all times. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of dies.
• Conduct inspections to identify wear and report issues.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Keep detailed logs of maintenance tasks and supplies used.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues with dies during production.
• Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in training workshops and team meetings.
• Enhance cleaning processes based on best practices.
• Support the production team with any urgent cleaning needs.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors about maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Training will be provided on the job

Experience

• No prior experience required; however, experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
