Responsibilities

• Lead the urban planning process from conception through to execution.
• Facilitate community consultations and public outreach initiatives.
• Analyse zoning and land use policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with government agencies and private firms to facilitate project delivery.
• Produce detailed planning documents and feasibility studies.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in urban development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies, Town Planning, or related discipline
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in urban development and policy planning
