We are seeking an Environmental Consultant to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to clients on environmental regulations, conduct impact assessments, and contribute to sustainability initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for environmental protection and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental project assessment from initiation to completion.
• Stay updated on changes in environmental legislation and policy.
• Liaise with clients to understand their sustainability goals.
• Conduct ecological surveys and biodiversity assessments.
• Prepare environmental management systems and frameworks.
• Assist in the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
• Support business development efforts by writing proposals.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management or a related discipline
• Advanced qualifications or certifications are a bonus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in environmental consulting or sustainable development projects

• Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)

Certifications

• Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv)
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification
