Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Logistics Operations Manager to oversee our logistics and supply chain processes in Falkirk. The ideal candidate will ensure the seamless flow of operations while leading a team of dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities

• Direct logistics operations including managing the supply chain, warehousing, and order fulfilment.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in operations.
• Perform cost analysis and seek continuous improvements in logistics processes.
• Implement technology solutions to enhance logistics operations.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Lead projects aimed at improving service delivery.
• Ensure effective inventory management practices are maintained.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field
• Master's degree in Logistics or Operations Management is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in transportation and logistics management
