As a Health Records Technology Teacher, you'll be responsible for educating students on the use of health information management systems, fostering a practical understanding of technology in healthcare settings. Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a dynamic learning environment by engaging students in meaningful discussions.
  • Monitor and assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Conduct regular workshops to keep students up-to-date with industry standards.
  • Foster relationships with local healthcare providers for student placements.
  • Encourage students to undertake group projects and collaborate effectively.
  • Regularly review and update course materials, ensuring they meet current market needs.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management or a related field
  • Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) or similar certification preferred
  • Teaching or Training Certification preferred
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Familiarity with EHR systems and data management.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting tools Skilled in using data analytics tools for reporting.
  • Excellent communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills Proficient in managing time and educational tasks efficiently.
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience in developing and delivering e-learning modules: Experience in creating online learning resources for remote education.
  • Public speaking skills: Proficient at engaging audiences and presenting information clearly.
