Job Description

As a Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter, you will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery within our facility. This role requires a thorough understanding of equipment and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute effective operation of machinery for crushing, grinding, and polishing tasks.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks on all relevant equipment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and conduct repairs as needed.
• Document operational data, maintenance, and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with the installation and configuration of new equipment.
• Engage with team to achieve production efficiency.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy.
• Provide guidance and assistance to new employees.
• Communicate any issues regarding machinery to management promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Further education or certification in machinery operation preferred

Experience

• Experience in a related role preferred
