Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Potato Grader to join our team. The role involves inspecting and sorting potatoes based on quality, size, and specific customer requirements. The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for identifying defects and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure grading equipment is properly set and functioning at all times.
• Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on grading processes.
• Support the logistics team with loading and unloading produce.
• Stay updated on company standards and changes in grading criteria.
• Engage in continuous improvement efforts within the grading department.

Requirements

Education

• Basic agricultural knowledge is an advantage.

Experience

• Experience operating grading equipment is a plus.

• English: Fluent
