Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Contract Analyst to join our Compliance Management team in Worcester. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analysing contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. You will play a key role in risk management and help streamline our processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Evaluate contract terms and highlight concerns for management review.
• Conduct compliance trainings for teams on contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with legal counsel to resolve contract issues.
• Draft and update policies related to contract management.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contracts and correspondence.
• Compile compliance data for internal and external audits.
• Engage with vendors and clients to enhance compliance processes.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business or Law preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in compliance or legal roles

• Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
