As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our software products. Your expertise in both manual and automated testing will help to ensure our applications remain bug-free and user-friendly. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will identify issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing coverage.
• Conduct risk assessments for new features and releases.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases.
• Support the team in achieving high quality and timely releases.
• Engage in continuous learning and keep updated with the latest testing trends.
• Participate in retrospectives and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Train and mentor junior QA members in testing methodologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance

Technical Skills

• TestRail
• API Testing

Certifications

• Quality Management Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with performance testing tools: Experience with tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
