As a Multiple Drum Sander Helper, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the operation and maintenance of our drum sanding machines. Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate sanding machines for optimal performance.
• Assist with the feeding of materials into the sander while monitoring for quality.
• Perform regular maintenance checks on equipment to ensure functionality.
• Document production activities and report any incidents.
• Communicate effectively with team members to improve processes.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to advance skills.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with woodworking tools
• Understanding of safety regulations

Languages

• English: Fluent
