• Generate comprehensive estimates for all phases of construction projects.

• Review project documentation to accurately identify scope and requirements.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best terms.
• Continuously evaluate market trends to maintain competitive pricing.
• Assist in training junior estimators and share best practices.
