Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Urban Design Planner who can work collaboratively to shape the urban landscape in Bath. You will engage in planning processes and make impactful contributions to community projects while adhering to environmental standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement urban planning solutions that align with community vision.
  • Engage with community members to gather insights for planning projects.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments to ensure sustainability.
  • Assist in creating visual presentations and design mock-ups.
  • Work with planning software and tools for project modelling.
  • Collaborate with regulatory agencies to ensure project compliance.
  • Evaluate the feasibility of urban design projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Planning, Geography, or related field
  • Master's degree in Urban Design is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in urban design or planning
