Responsibilities

• Monitor equipment performance during operations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Assist in setting up job sites for optimal efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and practices.
• Maintain communication with other trades and site personnel to facilitate workflow.
• Document all relevant activity and incidents related to equipment usage.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating heavy road construction equipment

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Operation
• Blueprint Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Valid construction equipment operator license
• CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with different types of heavy construction equipment: Hands-on experience in operating various types of heavy machinery.
• Supervisory experience: Experience in leading or supervising a team of operators.
