Job Description

We are seeking a Retail Space Planner with a keen eye for detail to join our creative team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing effective retail layouts that maximize sales and enhance customer experience. You will collaborate closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to create visually appealing and customer-centric displays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of effective retail environments that optimize customer engagement.
• Analyse data to inform layout decisions and measure success.
• Work with marketing teams to ensure promotional displays are effective.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate current space utilization.
• Collaborate with external vendors to source materials and fixtures.
• Assist in the integration of technology within retail spaces.
• Report on project progress and results to senior management.
• Develop visual storytelling that aligns with the brand’s narrative.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Retail Design, or Architecture
• Postgraduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in space planning and retail design

• Retail Design

Certifications

• Certified Space Planner (CSP)

Languages
