Responsibilities

• Utilise metal fabrication techniques to create window frames.
• Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished products.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues in the production process.
• Operate machinery for cutting and shaping metal.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Liaise with Quality Control Inspectors for product assessments.
• Train new staff on fabrication techniques and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training or apprenticeship in metalworking or related field.

Experience

• 2+ years in metalworking with a focus on window frame production.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Understanding of various metal alloys

Soft Skills

• Communication skills
• Physical stamina

Certifications

• CNC operation certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
