Job Description

We are searching for an experienced Investment Banker to join our Liverpool office. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing financial advice and services to clients, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial advisory projects for clients, ensuring that all aspects of the process are executed efficiently.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training on financial analysis techniques and best practices.
• Attend networking events to identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and clients to communicate findings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Advocate for clients' interests throughout the investment process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a related role within investment banking

• Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
