Job Description

We are seeking an Employment and Claims Aide to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to the employment and claims department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient handling of employment and claims processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support within the claims department, ensuring all documentation is precise and timely.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to facilitate communication and resolution of claims.
  • Document and track claims processes, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of electronic records.
  • Generate analytical reports regarding claims processing for management review.
  • Coordinate training and development sessions for new hires in the department.
  • Monitor changes in employment regulations and update internal processes accordingly.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings with insights and recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, preferably in claims or employment settings.
