Job Description

We are seeking a diligent File Clerk to join our administrative team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and organise both physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and efficient record-keeping.

Responsibilities

  • Organise, classify, and file documents in accordance with established procedures.
  • Retrieve requested files, records, and documents in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate indexing and labelling of files for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Perform regular audits to ensure file integrity and completeness.
  • Assist with digitisation and electronic archiving of documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection of sensitive company information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate record transfers and updates.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in records management or filing preferred.
