We are seeking a diligent File Clerk to join our administrative team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain and organise both physical and electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval and efficient record-keeping.
Responsibilities
Organise, classify, and file documents in accordance with established procedures.
Retrieve requested files, records, and documents in a timely manner.
Ensure accurate indexing and labelling of files for easy identification and retrieval.
Perform regular audits to ensure file integrity and completeness.
Assist with digitisation and electronic archiving of documents.
Maintain confidentiality and data protection of sensitive company information.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate record transfers and updates.
Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
1+ years of experience in records management or filing preferred.
