We are seeking a proactive and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new staff, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s culture and standards.
• Manage inventory and supplies for hotel operations, ensuring timely procurement.
• Engage in community outreach programs to build the hotel's reputation.
• Stay updated on industry trends to implement best practices within hotel operations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in hotel management

Languages
