Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will be responsible for designing test plans, executing tests, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues and enhance product performance.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain testing documentation including test plans, test cases, and reports.
• Execute performance and load testing to ensure scalability.
• Work with developers to resolve quality issues and enhance product performance.
• Conduct usability testing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mentor junior QA analysts and foster a proactive quality culture.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in QA.
• Assist in software releases and evaluate system updates.
• Drive continuous improvement in the QA processes and tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree in Software Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance testing

• Selenium

Certifications

Languages
