We are currently seeking a skilled Lathe and Turning Machine Tool Setter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at setting up and operating various types of lathes and will ensure that parts meet stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines according to precise settings.
• Run test pieces to ensure machinery is set up correctly.
• Adjust machine controls to regulate flow and pressure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions swiftly.
• Keep work area tidy and organized to meet safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification related to machining is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Technical qualification in machining: A relevant vocational qualification can be beneficial.
