We are seeking dedicated Floor Sanders and Finishers to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of finish on our manufactured products. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to guarantee quality.
• Utilise sanding and buffing machines effectively.
• Monitor the production process and suggest improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality assurance checks.
• Work closely with quality control to address any discrepancies in product finishes.
• Assist in training new employees on finishing techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or vocational training in a finishing-related field is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in finishing or related field with a proven track record

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of coatings

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to safety regulations

Languages

• English: Fluent
