We are seeking an Agricultural Field Advisor to join our team in Weston-super-Mare. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agricultural practices and provide expert advice to farmers to improve crop yield and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Support farmers in assessing soil quality and managing resources effectively.
• Monitor crop performance and advise on pest and disease management.
• Help implement precision agriculture techniques.
• Collaborate with local agricultural bodies on community initiatives.
• Maintain detailed records of farming practices and progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in a similar advisory role

Certifications

• Professional Agricultural Consultant (PAC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
