Job Description

We are looking for a Furniture Finisher to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be tasked with repairing and refinishing surfaces on cars, trucks, and motorcycles, ensuring a top-notch finish and quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of vehicles to determine refinishing needs.
• Prepare and prime surfaces effectively for new finishes.
• Expertly apply various coatings to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
• Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues during repairs.
• Train and mentor junior refinishing technicians as required.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Automotive Refinishing
• City and Guilds Diploma in Vehicle Body Repair and Refinishing

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in automotive refinishing is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Water-Based Paint Knowledge
• Manual Dexterity

Languages

• English: Fluent
