Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Project Manager to lead critical projects within our dynamic team based in Redcar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automotive engineering project management, demonstrating a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. You'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project planning and execution, ensuring that our projects meet both client specifications and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope and deliverables, ensuring that client requirements are met.
• Supervise project teams, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Implement project management methodologies tailored to automotive engineering.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and adjust project plans as necessary.
• Liaise with external suppliers and contractors to secure project resources.
• Participate in client meetings to present project updates and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications in automotive engineering can be beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing automotive engineering projects
