Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified ASE Master Auto Tech to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will perform complex diagnostics and repairs while ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair various vehicle makes and models, ensuring safety and efficiency.
  • Provide technical support to service advisors on customer queries.
  • Assist with inventory management and parts procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Document all repairs and services performed for quality assurance.
  • Engage with customers to explain repairs and services in layman's terms.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical diploma in Automotive Technology is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years experience as an Automotive Technician

Certifications
  • Certified Automotive Technician
  • Safety and Environmental certifications are a plus.
Languages
