Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Certified ASE Master Auto Tech to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will perform complex diagnostics and repairs while ensuring top-notch customer service and adherence to industry standards.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair various vehicle makes and models, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Provide technical support to service advisors on customer queries.
Assist with inventory management and parts procurement.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Document all repairs and services performed for quality assurance.
Engage with customers to explain repairs and services in layman's terms.
Uphold a professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical diploma in Automotive Technology is preferred
Experience
5+ years experience as an Automotive Technician
