Job Description

As a Collision Estimator, you will assess vehicle damages, prepare repair estimates, and negotiate with insurance and customers. This role requires you to work closely with technicians to ensure high-quality repairs while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate damages to vehicles and draft precise repair estimates.
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies to settle claims.
• Coordinate with repair teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor the parts acquisition process for repairs.
• Document all repair procedures and keep records up-to-date.
• Utilise software platforms like CCC ONE and Audatex for estimates.
• Handle customer communication effectively to foster trust.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
• Technical knowledge in automotive repair processes

Experience

• 2-3 years experience working with insurance companies and customers

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Knowledge
• CCC ONE/Audatex

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with customer service: Background in customer service will assist in negotiations.
