As a Racecar Driver, you will compete in various motorsport events, showcasing your driving skills and strategies. You must be passionate about racing, highly skilled at vehicle control, and able to work collaboratively with engineers and the pit crew to optimise performance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve optimal performance by practicing driving techniques and developing racing strategies.
• Work closely with the pit crew during races to ensure swift and effective service.
• Stay focused and calm under pressure, making split-second decisions during races.
• Review telemetry data to refine driving techniques and improve lap times.
• Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for vehicle improvements.
• Foster a positive team culture through collaboration and communication.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentorship qualities to junior drivers.
• Participate in debrief sessions to analyse race performance and identify areas for growth.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant motorsport certifications are preferred.

Experience

• Extensive prior experience in various racing disciplines, especially in high-performance scenarios.
