Job Description

As a Flight Operations Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the skills of aspiring aviators by providing comprehensive training on flight operations protocols and safety procedures. You will be responsible for developing training materials and conducting both classroom and practical instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of flight operations knowledge and skills.
  • Create and implement training evaluation criteria to track trainee progress.
  • Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your own skills.
  • Ensure training facilities and resources are maintained to a high standard.
  • Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new instructors as needed.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive training environment for all trainees.
  • Leverage technology to enhance training delivery and engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of safety protocols and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree in Aviation Safety is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of aviation industry experience, particularly in training roles
