Job Description

As an Extruding, Forming, Pressing, and Compacting Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of manual machines, ensuring efficiency and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates will have experience with machine operations and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production runs by ensuring all components are properly set up.
• Monitor machine processes and make adjustments as required.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in developing efficient production methods and practices.
• Maintain records of production and machine performance.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification or vocational training in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• Familiarity with CNC machines and related technology is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• CNC machine operation
• Lean manufacturing principles

Languages

• English: Fluent
