Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Research Specialist to join our dedicated team in Chester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials and research methodologies, with an emphasis on patient safety and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical research initiatives focused on innovative treatments.
  • Monitor patient safety and adverse event reporting.
  • Develop and implement study materials and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings with investigators and stakeholders to discuss trial progress.
  • Ensure all clinical activities comply with GCP (Good Clinical Practice).
  • Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for research projects.
  • Bridge communication between multiple research sites and teams.
  • Support data management and statistical analysis of trial outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in clinical trial management or research
