Job Description
We are looking for a Clinical Research Specialist to join our dedicated team in Chester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials and research methodologies, with an emphasis on patient safety and data integrity.
Responsibilities
Lead clinical research initiatives focused on innovative treatments.
Monitor patient safety and adverse event reporting.
Develop and implement study materials and documentation.
Coordinate meetings with investigators and stakeholders to discuss trial progress.
Ensure all clinical activities comply with GCP (Good Clinical Practice).
Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for research projects.
Bridge communication between multiple research sites and teams.
Support data management and statistical analysis of trial outcomes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
Master's degree in Clinical Research or related field is preferred
Experience
2+ years of experience in clinical trial management or research
