Job Description
As a CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and driving retention strategies. You will utilise data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and improve overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to CRM activities.
Engage with customers to solicit feedback and improve service delivery.

Requirements
Education
Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
