Job Description

As a CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships and driving retention strategies. You will utilise data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement and improve overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to CRM activities.
  • Engage with customers to solicit feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Create engaging content for customer communications through various channels.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to tailor communications for different customer groups.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies to enhance CRM capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM management and digital marketing
