Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work on a variety of civil engineering projects, from initial design to project completion. The role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Develop project proposals and contribute to tender submissions.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors on-site.
• Prepare budgets and manage project costs.
• Conduct safety audits and implement safety measures on-site.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering projects

Technical Skills

• BIM Software
• Geotechnical Engineering

Certifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with renewable energy projects: Interest in sustainable engineering practices and projects.
