Job Description
Join us as a Police Identification and Records Officer, where you'll work closely with community groups to address safety concerns, promote crime prevention strategies, and build strong relationships within the neighbourhood.
Responsibilities
Formulate and implement community policing strategies that promote safety.
Coordinate with local authorities on community outreach programs.
Assist in resolving conflicts and addressing community concerns promptly.
Compile and analyse data for reporting on community relations and safety initiatives.
Promote inclusivity and diversity within community engagement efforts.
Support victims of crime by providing necessary information and resources.
Ensure compliance with legal standards in all community engagement activities.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Further qualifications in public service or law enforcement preferred
Experience
Experience in roles focused on community engagement or outreach preferred.
