Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Account Manager to join our vibrant team in Gloucester. Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to ensure alignment with their business objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions for clients on new products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead project initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role within the technology sector
