Job Description

We are actively seeking a skilled Bonder to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will bond various materials using techniques like adhesives, soldering, and welding. In this role, precision and attention to detail are crucial as you'll interact with a variety of hand and power tools while ensuring high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Use precise techniques for bonding, respecting project deadlines.
  • Assist in training new staff on bonding processes and equipment.
  • Implement best practices in workflow to enhance efficiency.
  • Keep workstation clean and organized for safety and productivity.
  • Participate in safety audits and implement recommended changes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs.
  • Assist in stock control and inventory management for materials.

Requirements

Education
  • Qualification in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is desirable but not essential
Experience
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus.
