UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our Bristol office. You will be the key player in designing intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces for our web applications. Collaborating closely with our team of developers and product managers, you will transform complex problems into simple, accessible solutions. If you are passionate about user-centred design and have a knack for creating delightful user experiences, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation sessions with cross-functional teams to brainstorm creative solutions.
• Utilise design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud effectively.
• Conduct A/B testing to analyze the effectiveness of design changes.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively to meet deadlines.
• Document the design process and rationale for design decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• User Testing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile methodologies: Ability to work in Agile development environments effectively.
