Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our dedicated team in Bristol. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a passion for providing excellent care to animals. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a varied caseload, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical examinations and diagnostic tests.
  • Administer vaccinations and preventative care treatments.
  • Assist in emergency procedures and critical care.
  • Provide nutritional and wellness advice to clients.
  • Maintain a clean and organised clinic environment.
  • Participate in community outreach programs related to animal health.
  • Mentor junior veterinary staff and interns.
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to practice improvements.
  • Promote a positive culture and teamwork within the clinic.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
  • Current RCVS registration
Experience
  • 2+ years of clinical experience in veterinary practice
