We are seeking a skilled Environmental Engineer to join our progressive team in Brighton. This role involves designing and implementing sustainable engineering solutions whilst ensuring compliance with environmental regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in environmental science and engineering, with a passion for sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental assessments for proposed projects.
• Develop waste management and recycling initiatives.
• Ensure the implementation of environmental regulations across all projects.
• Work closely with clients to provide expert environmental guidance.
• Monitor compliance with environmental policies and regulations.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure project adherence to sustainability standards.
• Support the development of training programs for staff on environmental issues.
• Research and recommend new sustainable technologies and methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years in relevant engineering roles
