Responsibilities

• Prepare financial records and ensure accuracy.
• Manage and report on cash flow forecasts.
• Assist in financial audits and ensure compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements in finance.
• Work with external partners on financial reporting.
• Ensure proper ledger maintenance and account reconciliation.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance.
• Participate in training and development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business

Experience

• 3-5 years in accounting or finance roles.

Technical Skills

• Budgeting and Forecasting

Certifications

• Management Accounting (CMA) certification is a plus

Languages
