• Provide training and mentorship to junior data scientists.
• Regularly communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior management.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on project goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in data science or analytics
