Job Description

As a Field Pipelines Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible for the maintenance and repair of pipeline systems, ensuring adherence to safety standards and efficient operation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations and maintenance of pipeline systems.
  • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Lead a team of technicians in pipeline repair and maintenance.
  • Oversee the implementation of maintenance procedures.
  • Regularly review operational efficiency and propose improvements.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Train staff on safety practices and emergency procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams.
  • Report on maintenance activities and departmental performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Engineering or related field
  • Relevant degree in oil and gas or environmental management is preferred.
Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory or managerial position in pipeline maintenance.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient with maintenance management software
